Our staff will contact you within 24 hours and make an appointment with you to check your house. If your house meets our requirements, we will rent it directly and pay the rent.

2. I am a tenant, because of job change or other reasons want to cancel the lease early, what should I do?I have signed a one-year lease contract with Ishe, but you want to change your house to another house of Ishe within contract period, no need to pay penalty of contract, but must inform the staff 15 days in advance. Then we will transfer the rent to your next house. If you terminate the contract with Ishe, you have to inform the staff 1 month in advance and sublet the house according to the current roommate's requirements, that is, no deposit deducted.
3. As a tenant, I can't stand my roommate's behavior and want to cancel the leaseIf you are satisfied with the location and environment of house, but can not bear the roommate who is not clean, noisy at night or other intolerable behavior, just inform customer service, submit evidence to prove. We'll confirm real feedback, a warning or request for removal.
4. How to deal with the indoor equipment failure? Such as the gas can not be opened, the water heater is not hot waterWhen you rent the apartment, we will give you all information of property management company . Some small problems will be rapidly repair. About the costs, natural damage depreciation problems, shall be borne by us. If the tenant problem caused by tenant, it shall be borne by yourself. When question can't repaired, you can contact with customer service. Under normal circumstances , we will repair it in 3 days.
